Free College Pays for Itself within 10 Years

Says an analysis by Georgetown University’s Center on Education and the Workforce (CEW)* regarding Biden’s Free-College plan proposed during his presidential campaign. Georgetown’s CEW ran the numbers and found, though initially expensive, Biden’s free-college plan would break even within 10 years. After 10 years, it actually brings in more revenue than it costs.
