Gen Z, sometimes called the Toolbelt Generation, is embracing the Trades more than the two prior generations.

This “In a Crab Shell” will describe the variety of trades careers, the benefits trades careers can offer, how Maryland is trying to encourage more young adults to enter the trades, and how technology is impacting the trades.
