Location, location, location – with 16 colleges and 23 campuses, Maryland’s community colleges have buildings all over the state. Many of these buildings are between 50 – 70 years old. It’s time for some maintenance to extend their useful lives.

But money is short and repairs can’t always happen when they should.

The colleges are requesting the state to create a fund specifically for maintenance projects – HB 403 and SB 595.
