Appropriate Metrics Produce 83% gains in Community College Success Rate.

In November 2023 the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond released results from its pilot survey of 63 community colleges in Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, North and South Carolina. The survey was developed to better measure community college impacts on student learning.
