$8.7 Billion Annual Economic Impact

Maryland’s 16 community colleges pumped an additional $8.7 billion into the state economy while delivering a healthy return on investment to taxpayers, students and society, according to a recent report. The community colleges generate more revenue than they receive from the state and create a wide range of social benefits while enriching civic life.
