Chief Academic Officers at Maryland’s 16 community colleges spent the past year developing a transfer summit to encourage cooperative engagement between colleagues at 2- and 4-year institutions and improve student transfer success. The transfer summit had over 300 registrants and included a panel of higher education leaders and legislative transfer champions.
