Dual Enrollment Soars

With Maryland’s dual enrollment program, high school students can earn college credit while still in high school.

Dual enrollment has grown in Maryland every year following passage of the College and Career Readiness and College Completion Act of 2013 (CCRCCA). The Act provided for a 50% discount in course tuition for up to 4 college courses.  F.A.R.M.* students pay no tuition.

94% of Maryland’s dually-enrolled students attend one of our 16 community colleges.
