COVID-19 and College 2020

The coronavirus pandemic is upending life as we know it. For many college-bound high school seniors, fall 2020 is looking a lot different now than it was a few weeks ago. One recent survey shows about 50% of respondents have been negatively financially impacted by the pandemic.
Other surveys show anywhere from 20% to 45% of students who had planned to enroll full-time at a 4-year college or university are now looking at less expensive, colleges closer to home.
Community colleges offer enrollment options that will likely appeal to some of these students.
